much like Swiss cheese. Any little bit of rain and and there will be
mass transit issues. I cannot believe that this is reasonable and that
there is nothing to be done to correct the issue. I feel like the
problem is that there is no will to improve things. Yes the city is
old, but I don't believe age is a hinderance. Time gives you the
chance to improve and it seems as if the city has squandered its time.
It has left itself rot and decay.
